Ah, I see, may I ask you something? When you do your pencils, do you make guidelines or do you just draw from the get-go without them?

well, there's 2 steps:
first I go very sketchy, trying to find the right lines.
When I find them, I go with the final lines.

So light sketchy lines to know where everything goes and then you go back over and make them darker to tighten them up?
